You're Invited! YSA Area Conference – "Think Celestial" | June 11-14

Get ready for an incredible opportunity to gather, strengthen your faith, and build lasting friendships at the upcoming Young Single Adult Area Conference from Wednesday, June 11th to Saturday, June 14th, 2025! This inspiring event will be held at the Oakdale Stake Center (2150 Hadley Ave N, Oakdale, MN 55128).

Theme: "Think Celestial"

As President Russell M. Nelson has taught, “When you make choices, I invite you to take the long view—an eternal view. Put Jesus Christ first because your eternal life is dependent upon your faith in Him and in His Atonement.” This conference is designed to help us all "Think Celestial" and focus on what matters most.

An Unforgettable Experience Awaits:

Join hundreds of YSAs for a spiritually enriching and incredibly fun-filled conference! Highlights include:

• Inspiring Speakers: Hear from incredible leaders, including:

  • President Camille N. Johnson, Relief Society General President

  • Elder I. Raymond Egbo, General Authority Seventy

  • Keith Erekson, Director of Historical Research and Outreach

  • Lisa Olsen Tait, Managing Historian for Women's History

• Temple Worship: Special emphasis will be placed on the temple. Multiple YSA-only endowment, initiatory, and baptism sessions will be available. Please sign up for temple sessions through the registration site by May 31stto help with planning. Remember to wear Sunday best to the temple (a changing area will be provided at the Stake Center) and bring your temple clothing if applicable.

  • Uplifting Devotionals

  • Insightful Workshops and Classes

  • Meaningful Service Projects (on-site and off-site)

  • Fantastic Entertainment, including a concert by Kirby Heyborne and a Dry Bar Comedy Show!

  • Opportunities to connect: Mingle activities, swing dance instruction, a dance, game rooms, friendship bracelet station, quiet room for reflection, and much more!

• Meals & Fellowship: Delicious meals will be provided. If you have food sensitivities, please note them on your registration.

Conference Overview (Tentative Schedule):

• Wednesday, June 11: Check-in begins at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner, a concert with Kirby Heyborne, and mingle activities.

• Thursday, June 12: Temple sessions, classes/workshops, lunch, offsite service projects, dinner, Dry Bar Comedy Show, swing dance instruction, evening temple session, dance, and games.

• Friday, June 13: Temple sessions, classes/workshops, activity with lunch, activity with dinner, and an evening devotional with President Camille N. Johnson and Elder I. Raymond Egbo.

• Saturday, June 14: Morning activities like yoga or a hike, a final devotional/send-off, and lunch (optional take-to-the-lake).

Ongoing throughout the conference: Onsite service, snacks, friendship bracelet station, quiet room, and game rooms.

Hotel Accommodations: For those who live further than 45 minutes from the St. Paul Temple in Oakdale, double occupancy hotel rooms are available for the first 120 attendees who request them during registration.
